Romaji: Sumimasen, kono taoru wa yokusō ni irete mo daijōbu desu ka? Soretomo atama ni nosete hairu no ga ippanteki desu ka? / Reply Romaji: Yokusō ni wa irenaide kudasai ne. Kihon-teki ni wa karada o arau toki ni tsukai, yubune ni hairu toki wa atama ni noseru ka, yoko ni oite kudasai.

浴槽には入れないでくださいね。基本的には体を洗う時に使い、湯船に入る時は頭にのせるか、横に置いてください。
よくそうにはいれないでくださいね。きほんてきにはからだをあらうときにつかい、ゆぶねにはいるときはあたまにのせるか、よこにおいてください。
Please don't put it in the bathtub. Basically, use it when washing your body, and when entering the bath, either put it on your head or place it next to you.

Never let your towel touch the bathwater in a public onsen. Wash your body thoroughly before entering.
