Romaji: Sumimasen, chiisana tatoo ga aru nodesuga, nyuuyoku dekimasu ka? (Aruiwa, kakuseba daijoubu desu ka?) / Reply Romaji: Chiisana tatoo de areba, shiiru nado de kakushite itadakereba gonyuuyoku itadakemasu.

小さなタトゥーであれば、シールなどで隠していただければご入浴いただけます。
ちいさなタトゥーであれば、シールなどでかくしていただければごにゅうよくいただけます。
If it's a small tattoo, you may bathe if you cover it with a sticker or similar.
Gesture & etiquette
Discreetly point to the area where the tattoo is, or make a small covering motion.
Do not reveal your tattoo to staff or other guests if it's already visible in a public area; ask discreetly.
