特に決まった作法はありませんが、汗を流してからゆっくりお入りください。
とくにきまったさほうはありませんが、あせをながしてからゆっくりおはいりください。
There isn't any specific fixed etiquette, but please rinse off your sweat before slowly entering.

Look towards the cold bath.
Do not jump into the cold bath directly from the sauna without rinsing. Always rinse your body before entering any bath.
