Romaji: Sumimasen, tatū (irezumi) ga arimasu ga, nyūyoku dekimasu ka? / Reply Romaji: Taihen mōshiwake arimasen ga, tō shisetsu de wa tatū no okyakusama no gonyūyoku wa goenryo itadaite orimasu.

We are very sorry, but guests with tattoos are asked to refrain from using the bath at our facility.
Gesture & etiquette
Gesture towards your arm or body where the tattoo is, if appropriate, or simply ask verbally.
Do not try to enter if politely refused. Some facilities allow small tattoos if covered with a sticker. Always check in advance if possible.
