Yes, if it's small, you can cover it with a cover-up sticker and enter. For large ones, we unfortunately ask you to refrain.

Do not attempt to enter without confirming if you have visible tattoos. Some establishments have strict no-tattoo policies, even with cover-ups. Respect their rules.
