おそらく古いコーヒーのシミだと思います。専門店でなら落ちるかもしれませんが、保証はできません。
おそらくふるいコーヒーのしみだとおもいます。せんもんてんでならおちるかもしれませんが、ほしょうはできません。
I think it's probably an old coffee stain. It might come off if you take it to a specialty cleaner, but I can't guarantee it.
