We apologize, but guests with tattoos are not permitted to use the public bath. However, we do have private baths available for your use.

Slight bow when asking. Point to arm/tattoo area if unsure how to describe 'tattoo'.
Do not try to hide tattoos with bandages if rules strictly forbid them, as this can cause trouble. Politely ask for alternatives.
