ちいさな タトゥー でしたら、ばんそうこう など で かくして いただければ ごにゅうよく いただけます。
If it's a small tattoo, you may enter if you cover it with a bandage or similar.
Gesture & etiquette
Point to the tattoo (if visible) while asking.
Some onsen absolutely forbid tattoos regardless of size/coverage. Always confirm.
