Romaji: Chiisana tatū ga aru no desu ga, nyūyoku dekimasu ka? (Aruiwa, kakuseba daijōbu desu ka?) / Reply Romaji: Chiisana mono nara, shīru nado de kakushite itadakereba go-nyūyoku itadakemasu.

ちいさなものなら、シールなどでかくしていただければごにゅうよくいただけます。
If it's small, you can enter the bath if you cover it with a sticker or something similar.
Gesture & etiquette
Politly indicate the approximate area where the tattoo is (without exposing it).
Do not assume entry is allowed. Always ask. Respect their rules. Do not expose large tattoos.
