I have a small tattoo, can I bathe? If not, do you have private baths?
Romaji: Chiisana tatū ga aru no desu ga, nyūyoku wa kanō desu ka? Moshi muzukashikereba, kashikiri-buro wa arimasu ka? / Reply Romaji: Kakunin itashimasu. Tsūjō wa go-enryo itadaite orimasu ga, shīru nado de kakuseru baai wa kanō na koto mo gozaimasu. Koshitsu-buro wa genzai manshitsu desu.

確認いたします。通常はご遠慮いただいておりますが、シールなどで隠せる場合は可能なこともございます。個室風呂は現在満室です。
かくにんいたします。つうじょうはごえんりょいただいておりますが、シールなどでかくせるばあいはかのうなこともございます。こしつぶろはげんざいまんしつです。
I will confirm. Usually, we ask guests to refrain, but it might be possible if you can cover it with a sticker or something. All private baths are currently occupied.
Gesture & etiquette
Point to your arm/area where a tattoo might be, or make a small gesture to indicate 'small'.
Do not try to enter if explicitly denied. Follow facility rules.
