小さなものでしたら、絆創膏などで隠していただければ問題ございません。
ちいさなものでしたら、ばんそうこうなどでかくしていただければもんだいございません。
If it's a small one, there is no problem if you cover it with a bandage or similar.

Point to your tattoo (if applicable) or make a covering motion with your hand.
Do not enter with large or visible tattoos, as it is generally prohibited in most public baths/onsen due to cultural reasons. Always ask staff first.
