小さなタトゥーでしたら、絆創膏などで隠していただければ大丈夫です。
ちいさなタトゥーでしたら、ばんそうこうなどでかくしていただければだいじょうぶです。
If it's a small tattoo, it's fine if you cover it with a band-aid or something similar.

Polite bow, hands together, pointing to arm if tattoo is visible.
Do not assume all tattoos are acceptable, even if small. Always ask. Some facilities have strict 'no tattoo' policies regardless of size or covering.
