Yes, if it's small, it's fine if you cover it with a sticker. Large ones are unfortunately not allowed.

Point to the arm or area where a tattoo might be, or make a covering motion.
Do not attempt to enter if explicitly forbidden. Some establishments have strict no-tattoo policies regardless of size. Respect the rules.
