小さいものでしたら、シールで隠していただければ問題ございません。

If they are small, it's fine if you cover them with a sticker.

Point to arm/shoulder where a tattoo might be. Slightly bow.
Do not assume all onsens allow tattoos even with cover-ups. Some strictly prohibit them. Always ask politely.
