Yes, if you can completely cover it with a sticker, you may use the bath. We sell them at the front desk, so please feel free to ask if you'd like one.

Slight bow. Point discreetly to the area if you wish to show the tattoo's size for context (only if staff prompts you, otherwise, avoid showing).
Never enter an onsen if tattoos are prohibited and you cannot cover them. Always ask first. Do not argue if refused entry.
