If the charged amount hasn't been used yet, we can cancel the transaction. Do you have your card and the receipt?

Gesture & etiquette

Hold out your IC card (like Suica/Pasmo) and the receipt toward the station staff inside the glass booth.

Do not pass through the ticket gate or use the card after making the mistake, as using even 1 yen of the card balance makes refunds impossible at the counter.
