Excuse me, there's a stain on this part of this kimono. What is this? Can it be removed?
Romaji: Sumimasen, kochira no kimono no kono bubun ni shimi ga aru no desu ga, kore wa nan deshou ka? Toremasu ka? / Reply Romaji: Kore wa furui shimi nanode, sukoshi ochinikui kamoshiremasen. Kurīningu ni dashitemo kanzen ni torenai kanōsei ga arimasu.

これは古いシミなので、少し落ちにくいかもしれません。クリーニングに出しても完全に取れない可能性があります。
これはふるいしみなので、すこしおちにくいかもしれません。くりーにんぐにだしてもかんぜんにとれないかのうせいがあります。
This is an old stain, so it might be a bit difficult to remove. There's a possibility it won't completely come out even with professional cleaning.
