みどりの窓口でしたら、あちらの改札を抜けて左手に見えます。
みどりのまどぐちでしたら、あちらのかいさつをぬけてひだりてにみえます。
If it's the Midori no Madoguchi you're looking for, you'll see it on your left after passing through those ticket gates.
