This kimono is lovely. However, there seems to be a small stain here, will this come out?
Romaji: Kono kimono, totemo suteki desu ne. Tada, koko ni sukoshi shimi ga aru yō na no desu ga, kore wa ochimasu ka? / Reply Romaji: Kochira wa furui mono desu node, kanzen ni ochiru ka wa hoshō deki kanemasu. Tada, senmon no kurīningu-ten de areba usuku naru kanōsei wa gozaimasu.

こちらは古いものですので、完全に落ちるかは保証できかねます。ただ、専門のクリーニング店であれば薄くなる可能性はございます。
こちらはふるいものですので、かんぜんにおちるかはほしょうできかねます。ただ、せんもんのくりーにんぐてんであればうすくなるかのうせいはございます。
