Regarding this kimono, is it possible for this stain to be removed? If it can't be removed, is a discount possible?
Romaji: Kochira no kimono na no desu ga, kono shimi wa toresō deshō ka? Moshi torenai baai, o-nebiki wa kanō desu ka? / Reply Romaji: Kochira no shimi wa sukoshi muzukashikute... Mōshiwake arimasen ga, kore ijō no o-nebiki wa itashikanemasu.
