Romaji: Mōshiwake arimasen. Irezumi (tatū) ga aru no desu ga, nyūyoku wa kanō deshō ka? / Reply Romaji: Chīsai mono deshitara shīru de kakushite itadakereba daijōbu desu. Ōkii mono wa goenryo itadaite orimasu.

小さいものでしたらシールで隠していただければ大丈夫です。大きいものはご遠慮いただいております。
ちいさいものでしたらシールでかくしていただければだいじょうぶです。おおきいものはごえんりょいただいております。
If it's small, it's fine if you cover it with a sticker. For larger tattoos, we kindly ask you to refrain.

Do not insist if denied entry. Be prepared to cover small tattoos or find tattoo-friendly facilities. Some facilities may provide stickers.
