Romaji: Sumimasen, kono kimono no shimi wa toremasu ka? Soretomo kono mama no jōtai desu ka? / Reply Romaji: Kochira no shimi wa furui mono deshite, kanzen ni toru no wa muzukashii ka to. Genjō de no hanbai to narimasu.

こちらの染みは古いものでして、完全に取るのは難しいかと。現状での販売となります。
こちらのしみはふるいものでして、かんぜんにとるのはむずかしいかと。げんじょうでのはんばいとなります。
This stain is quite old, so it might be difficult to remove completely. It is sold as is.
