Romaji: Sumimasen, karada ni tatū ga aru no desu ga, nyūyoku dekimasu ka? / Reply Romaji: Chiisana wanpointo deshitara, nyūyoku kanō desu. Kakushite itadakereba mondai arimasen.

小さなワンポイントでしたら、入浴可能です。隠していただければ問題ありません。

If it's a small single point tattoo, you may bathe. There is no problem if you can cover it.
Gesture & etiquette
Polite bow, pointing vaguely to arm/shoulder where a tattoo might be.
Do not enter without asking if you have tattoos, as it might cause trouble for other guests or staff. Be prepared for refusal.
