Gesture & etiquette

Hold up your ramen bowl (if it's a counter seat where you pass it to the chef) or make a hand gesture indicating "more" or "refill" while speaking.

Order kaedama only after finishing most of your original noodles and soup, but before the soup gets too cold. Don't waste food.
