Romaji: Sumimasen, kono osara no hibiware wa, motomoto no dezain desu ka? Sore tomo kizu desu ka? / Reply Romaji: Kore wa, yaku toki ni dekita 'kama-kizu' to iwareru mono de, dezain no ichibu desu. Go-shiyō ni wa mondai gozaimasen.

これは、やくときができた『かまきず』といわれるもので、デザインのいちぶです。ごしようにはもんだいございません。
This is what we call 'kiln damage' that occurred during firing, and it's part of the design. There's no problem with using it.
