Excuse me, I am vegan. Do you use dashi made from bonito flakes, dried sardines, or kombu in your dishes? Do you have any menu items that don't use them?

We are very sorry, but we use dashi in many of our dishes. For today, we can only offer this salad and some vegetable dishes.
