Romaji: Sumimasen, kono otōshi wa, okotowari suru koto mo dekimasu ka? / Reply Romaji: Mōshiwake gozaimasen. Otōshi wa tōten de wa seki-ryō o kanete ori, subete no okyaku-sama ni goteikyō saseteいただite orimasu.

In many izakayas, "otoshi" is mandatory. Do not argue strongly if told it cannot be declined. It's a cultural practice.
