Yes, normally bonito flakes are sprinkled on top, but we can omit them. We will prepare the ohitashi without bonito flakes for you.

Be aware that some dishes might have dashi (broth made with bonito flakes) as a base, making omission difficult. Be prepared for a 'no' for certain dishes.
