古いシミなので、クリーニングでも完全には落ちない可能性が高いですね。
ふるいしみなので、くりーにんぐでもかんぜんにはおちないかのうせいがたかいですね。
Since it's an old stain, there is a high chance it won't come out completely, even with professional cleaning.
