Place your hand over your chest when mentioning the allergy, and make a circle 'OK' sign with your hand when saying it is fine if cooked.
Do not just say 'allergy' if you can actually eat cooked items, as Japanese restaurants take allergies extremely seriously and might refuse to serve you any seafood at all to be safe.
