(Email context) Use formal fonts and avoid emoji or casual punctuation. Leave a blank line between each paragraph. End every email with a closing like 'Yoroshiku onegai itashimasu' (I look forward to your continued support).
Osewa ni natte orimasu is the mandatory opening for almost all business emails and calls in Japan — it literally means 'you have been taking care of me' and maintains the mutual-debt structure of Japanese professional relationships. Skipping it feels abrupt and unprofessional.
