Gesture & etiquette

In email: always double-check the attachment is actually attached before sending; add a brief subject line summary; for large files, consider cloud links instead of attachments.

Both 'ご送付いたします' (humble sending) and 'ご確認のほど' (soft request phrasing) are hallmarks of formal Japanese business writing. Avoid commanding language like 'ご確認してください' — the indirect 'のほど' form is far more professional and client-appropriate.
