When sharing this in person (rather than by email), deliver with a genuinely pleased expression — sharing good news warmly is infectious and appreciated. CC or BCC all relevant team members on the email. Consider following up with a brief team gathering or celebration: 'Petit kanpai wa ikaga desu ka?' (How about a small celebration?).
Announcing a success with 'minasan no gokyouryoku ni kansha' (I am grateful to everyone's cooperation) rather than 'I did it' or 'our team succeeded' is the Japanese group-attribution formula. This type of team-crediting announcement builds morale and loyalty. Email subject lines for such announcements often use '〇〇採択のご報告' (Report on [project] acceptance) — a factual, professional subject line.
