This is an email phrase. In Japan, scheduling often involves multiple emails; using clear date/time proposals from the start (rather than open-ended requests) is considered considerate. Calendar apps or scheduling tools are increasingly used for efficiency.
To make scheduling easier, offer 2–3 specific time options yourself rather than asking the other person to suggest from scratch: 「〇日の〇時か〇日の〇時のご都合はいかがでしょうか。」This reduces back-and-forth emails and shows consideration for their time.
