This is an email/document phrase. Attach all relevant documents in the same email. If requesting approval from a chain of reviewers, clarify who else has already approved: 「〇〇部長にはすでにご承認をいただいております。」This transparency is valued in Japanese business culture.
Japanese organizations often have multi-layered approval processes (稟議, ringi). 「ご確認のうえ」shows you expect them to review before deciding, not simply rubber-stamp. Include a clear deadline if one exists: 「〇日までにご回答いただけますと幸いです。」
