Gesture & etiquette
Email context — no physical gesture. If handing the contract over in person, present with both hands at chest height with a slight bow (15-20°), document facing the recipient.
Standard cover-email phrase when sending a formal contract. '別添にて' (as attached) and '〜のほどよろしくお願い申し上げます' (humbly request your kindness) are the expected formality for legal documents. Never write casual phrases like 'ファイル送ります' or 'よろしく' alone in contract delivery emails.
