Gesture & etiquette
Email context — no gesture. If handing physical items in person, present with both hands, label/invoice facing recipient, slight bow (15°). Have the delivery slip ready for their stamp/signature.
Standard delivery cover-message phrase. 'ご査収ください' (please inspect and accept) is a formal verb pair found only in B2B contexts — never use in casual emails. Always follow up if no receipt confirmation within 3 business days. Keep tracking number visible in email body, not just in the attachment.
